Situated opposite the iconic Laycock theatre in little suburb Wyoming, we service the area 7 days a week.

Owner Kimberley has been in hospitality for 20 years with this being her second cafe. Bringing her Kiwi flare to central coast, she is cultivating her style in what she loves doing.

Goodbye winter & Craig

The weather is certainly changing and hello Spring!!

We are looking forward to the seasonal change and counting down till we can get our outdoor seating back. Due to the set back in our seating and how many people we can sit at a time we have had to stop all reservations and only honouring our previous ones that were made. But the seating and this inflation is certainly not holding us back from what we do and love.

We are also sad to announce Craig the original owner of Three Trees cafe, a sad good bye as he moves up north. Him and his wife Janice have been a massive part of the community and this cafe wouldn't have made it this far without him. His last week is in October so make sure to say bye to him before then.

Thank you so much again to everyones wonderful support, we wouldn't be who we are without you all.

Our organic sourdough comes from the local source in Somersby. We have been using these guys for the past 10 years with many more years to come.

They have perfected the art in what they do and we are very lucky to have them so close to home.

You can buy their bread through us or find them at local markets.

It helps when your neighbour has one of the best Fruit and veg shops on this side of town! Located in Wyoming they are just like us open 7 days a week to make sure that you and I get our Vit intake every day.
